Cooperative Starter Grants
Seeded 12 cooperatives with starter tools and market access training, supporting 480 households through their first year.
Twelve cooperatives received starter tools, a small operating grant, and six months of market access coaching. All twelve were trading independently at the end of the year, with 480 households reporting steadier income across the dry season.
